Roles and responsibilities
•Support users with hardware problems.
•Support users regarding common software and problems during use.
•Deploy and install switchboard and softphone system for employees.
•Support configuration and deployment of Microsoft Domain network systems (AD, DNS, MS SQL server, Application server).
•Handle issues related to IT assets, data and user information to manage and control assets.
•Process classification, review, inspection and evaluation of the entire IT equipment system.
